My Stage name is Yung Deep. How I got it you wonder?
Well when I was little, I wrote a lot of poetry and people would say; "That Is So Deep And Your So Young". So it was created by others opinions. I published some of my poems a while back, Now I'm trying to widen my horizons and I wont rest until my name is forever remembered!!
I grew up with a much different perspective on life, than a lot of my peers. I called myself an 'Old Soul' because I didn't have much of a feel for this new generation, I feel like they go overboard with a lot of things that's not needed.
Freshman year I went through a lot of disputes with family members and friends, since than Ive been working solo. I have experienced a lot of things that I shouldn't, but hey, that's life. It just brings out that better character held from deep inside. I'm a real deep person, as you can probably already tell by the way I write. I'm striking to be a legend in this Rap Career. Steady getting deeper into lyrics, to give people that shiver through there spine by the words I utter onto a beat. Speaking The Truth!
I was born in Louisiana, Ive lived there 8 years. Most of my family is still down south, along with the other half of my heart. I migrated to California with my Mom,Dad and sister. Thriving for more in life; better jobs, less drama and of course a better environment. I touched down in California at the age of 8-9. Quickly I adapted to the fast life out here. I went through a lot of fazes and faces in California. Coming from Louisiana I brought with me a lot of the (Southern Habits). Mainly "To Stay Humble And Keeping Communication And A Solid Relationship With My Family And Friends". Up to this day I live by that....
While on my expedition, Ive learned a lot of people in this state are 'Independent'. Never fully understanding what a relationship means. Then it tends to lead to mislead anger and miscommunication. It hurts me just to know people can bear a mind frame like that. I love to read and get different perspectives on life by others stories within a book. Helps to understand the world we live in. I grew up amongst a corrupted society, I thank the government for keeping me in poverty. Now I got my head on my shoulders and will overstep anyone or anything in my way. Everything was meant for a reason, and I was born to make a movement in this world, hate it or love it, Ill remain the person that always opened up your mind by the words I spoke. I have no remorse, if so Ill put it in a song to make it deeper...
Ive been composing music since year 2000. I started off singing on a karaoke machine. Ever since then Ive embraced my passion for organized sounds aka "Music". I currently have 8 Cd's under my belt. (: I Have Created 8 Whole Cd's So Far

I'm the CEO of (YD Productions)! I compose my music from scratch. From creating the beat, all the way to mixing down my vocals. I record at (In 2 Deep Studios). Its my own laboratory and It stays satisfying my every want and needs. I will post up pictures soon
I'm also an graphic artist. I run a business in 'Digital Design'. Ive did a lot of work that's online at the moment (Mac Dre banners, Posters, Album Covers and Ect). I do album covers,banners, flyers and much much more!
I have a lot of projects going on daily in the life of "Yung Deep". Yet still I stay smiling and positive. I love to read and write (Like Most Musicians).
